Restore Purchases
Reinstalled the app or got a new device? Restore your subscription in the app settings.
Open DayRoute → Settings → Restore Purchases
Manage Subscription
Cancel, upgrade, or renew your subscription through Apple ID settings.
Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → DayRoute
Subscription management
DayRoute subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store, not through our app or website. To cancel, change, or renew your subscription:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Tap DayRoute
- Make changes or cancel
For refunds, please contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com
Troubleshooting
Not receiving login emails
Check your spam folder. Add noreply@dayroute.com.au to contacts. If using work email, try a personal email instead.
Calendar not syncing
Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars → ensure DayRoute is enabled. Try toggling the permission off and on.
Location or maps issues
Check Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → DayRoute is set to 'While Using the App'. Ensure internet connection.
Receipt scanner not working
Ensure good lighting, hold steady, keep entire receipt in frame. Avoid shadows and glare. Crumpled receipts may not scan well.
